(APP) has been developing and manufacturing complex net-shape components using metal injection molding (MIM) and 3D metal printing technologies for the medical, industrial and defense industries. Job Characteristics:

  • Requires a high degree of technical expertise with the ability to spot and correct errors in a timely manner.
  • Tasks will be varying and of a broad scope, requiring swift, calculated decision-making abilities.
  • Working environment will be fast paced, with multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prioritization and organization will be key to focus on the needs of the customer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administration of business system permissions, user setup, support ticket system, and other areas as assigned.
  • Provide fast and useful advice and solutions to technical system issues as required.
  • Assist in documentation of ERP administration procedures and troubleshooting FAQ’s in a high growth, fast paced environment.
  • Troubleshooting software, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
  • Troubleshooting hardware devices used in ERP system processes, assisting in implementing new hardware as required.
  • Provides documentation and technical specifications to management for planning and implementing new or upgrades to infrastructure.
  • Configuration and maintenance of system workflows for business processes and system performance, and automated notification setup to proactively address problems.
  • Train users in system navigation and use.


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 3-5 years related practical experience.
  • Experience in system support or another related field preferred.
